I realize purchasing a used car is sold "as is".
Lacks communication, very attentive when there is an possible sale, but when there are issues with a purchase no e-mails to be seen.
A HUGE HUGE thank you to Tyler DeVuono for taking the time and care in helping me find the best car for me!! I had a really old car, hence I new very little about the newer vehicles! Tyler took the time to listen, show me my options, and above all without pressure! I stopped in on a Friday morning and Tyler was absolutely wonderful and patient! Came back on Saturday and Tyler had a couple options ready for me and I knew immediately the right car! I drove off a little later in a 2015 Nissan Rogue and I absolutely love ❤ it!!!! I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a car! He definitely takes the time to listen to your needs and then really hits the mark! I honestly thought looking for a car was going to be a real pain....Thank you Tyler for actually making it enjoyable!!
We had a wonderful experience with Preferred! Mike Jackson was awesome. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he was able to find it! He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations with the car he found us!
Be sure to take any used vehicle you purchase from them to an honest mechanic before buying, to make sure they didn't bulls**t their way through any fixes just to swindle money from another person.
But when the dealer covers up Scratches, gouges and rust with paint that washes away after one wash. They fill an engine with leak stopper so it appears the vehicle runs great, only to have an antifreeze leak a month later. Temporary fix to the sensors so they appear to work only to have them continuously fall into the bumper after what ever they used to get them to stay wore off and set off the alarm whenever it feels like working. To tell me the AC "Works Great!" To find out only half the AC in the car works. Middle of winter didn't think to check the passenger side to find out it's blowing a steady temperature of 90 degrees. I feel this is dishonest and would not recommend this dealer to anyone. After spending thousands of dollars with this dealer and having to spend hundreds more on getting the vehicle repaired and hopefully keep it running long enough to justify buying it, you can say I'm just a little upset.
Chris and the team were great. I walked on the lot on a whim and fell in love with an Outlander. It was my first time working with a dealer, and Chris made it super easy. He was nice, professional, but what got me was his ability to be personal. More often than car talk, we were talking about life and I appreciated that. Great salesman, seems to be a great company inside and out. I was nervous to go through a dealership, and Chris helped ease a lot of that without knowing. I'll definitely go back when we need a new car.
Recently just purchased a vehicle from Tyler DeVuono, he is an outstanding salesperson to work with! He is very personable, easy to talk to, Incredibly honest, straight-forward, answered all my questions, there was no pressure, and at the end of the day it was a no-brainer to purchase my vehicle through him. I would highly recommend going through him and I can definitely see myself going through him again in the future.
