not a good situation when you have a family and a business to take care of at the same address.
use them like i did then come back here and write a review through google maps. they need more reviews but most people don't know how or where to write one. I'm a business owner too and reviews are important to potential customers to help make the right decision.
I would highly suggest everyone in the area call franks. fair, friendly and trusting.
We've used them for many years and always friendly and very knowledgeable. They know their stuff and get things fixed fast. Only place we call.
they ran a new gas line and got us back up. no more gas smell. yay!
Have called Frank's for several different problems and met several of their work force, which were all very courteous, helpful, and most of all knew what they were doing. Great problem solvers. I would highly advise their team to anyone. Over the years have owned several homes, in multitude of locations with any number of plumbing, heating challenges. Frank's is not only very knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonably priced. This was not my first rodeo with plumbing and heating over the years.
Very helpful and courteous employees. I would use again if needed for a project. An asset to the community.
we called franks and they really went out of their was to get us back up and running as fast as possible. they even offered us some electric heaters but we already had 3 that held us up for the day and a half that our gas was off.
the best part? the bill was 30% less than the original quote.
smelled gas in the garage so we called the gas company. they came out and informed us we had a gas leak under our garage floor and they shut the gas off. it was cold and in the 20s.
I was stunned. After just moving into a new home here in Grand Haven, I could not get the gas fireplace pilot to start so I called Frank's and he came out and pushed the button in and lit it right away. We shared a laugh while I was thinking "hmm, it would've been far more neighborly to ask me to try this before coming out". As he was leaving I was pulling out my wallet to pay him and he said "Oh no, the office will send you something". "Are you sure?" I was determined to pay him something even though he didn't really do more than flick his lighter. But it appears I got my wish as a bill appeared in my mail a few days later for $77.50. It just seems unreasonably high and certainly goes against the strong community atmosphere of Grand Haven. I hope they learn that tactics like this cause people to never call them again and certainly not recommend them to any friends.
