I go to ghfbbc 5 days a week. Amazing coaches , very good workout . I can't believe I missed these service and ghfbbc family all of these years. I tried gym memberships, Zumba, beach body, jazzercise and none of em worked. Fbbc is unique n fun.
This is an amazing place to work out and everyone is like family. The trainers are incredible and there to support you in your journey. They are also there to push you when your mind has convinced you that you don't have another rep in you. I have some limitations due to past injuries and someone has always been there to show me modifications when I need them. My entire life I've been a "yo-yo gymer" and would get in really excellent shape to lose it all a few months later. I don't see that ever happening again! Whatever your fitness level you will be welcomed.
