Professional and extremely helpful. Always responds in timely manner. Goes above and beyond to accommodate. I'm probably one of his more difficult customers but he gets it done. He does whatever to get me the lowest price. Would recommend to anyone.
Brian has been my agent for a few years now. My account was transferred to him. I got to know Brian only after I had a house fire. I was devastated to say the least, Brian was there for me through it all. Because of him I was able to collect on my house claim, allowing me to move on, there were a lot of obstacles in the way, but he made it happen.
