I've been doing business with Plantenga's for quite a few years now and have never been disappointed. Once in a while something doesn't come out the way I expected and they have always bent over backwards to make it right, offered free service in compensation, and the staff is about as friendly and helpful as you can find anywhere on the planet.
I will have go here again !!! I brought a formal dress here to be cleaned and it was destroyed. Then the tried to say it was not their fault because the send it elsewhere to actually be cleaned. When it was in their care. IT IS this reponsibility to take care of It . VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!!!
