Seriously good sandwiches. Lots of choices.
Don't get me wrong, the sandwiches are pretty good here (though rather expensive), but the customer service is absolutely horrible when you want something delivered! Every time I call it's something different, and today was the final straw. I live in Ferrysburg, ten minutes from their shop and they tell me that they will no longer deliver to my house (never an issue the last 10 orders) because of new summer rules. Well I hope you don't need my business when winter comes and you aren't busy anymore because I will go elsewhere!
The service (particularly the chef) was incredibly rude, and our orders were made incorrectly despite paying extra.. but we felt we couldn't ask for them to be corrected because it was such a tense / angry environment.
Placed order for pick up online, I received a text 10 minutes after that my order was ready for pick up. Great sandwiches and awesome tomato basil soup!
