I worked with Derrick and he failed to state his agent disclosures. Then proceeded to milk me for info he used against me to up the price. Buyers beware he is not your friend. Make no comments to him on your opinion about a property. If you call on his listing he is strictly a sellers agent.
Can't say enough how impressed we were with Trophy Class. We worked with Dan Hoffman on trying to find a property in MI. A true professional who worked hard showing up properties that fit into our criteria. We weren't hassled with a thousand calls and emails. He'd periodically check in just to see how our decision making process was moving along respecting our time and process. If you're looking for a property Dan is your guy.
