Our dog does not get along well with other animals but I really wanted to use their bath system. When I pulled in I called and two employees made sure there were no other dogs on my way to the room so we can get there safely it went so smoothly! They were so helpful! I 100% will be back!
You cannot find a better place to wash your pets indoors with shampoo, towels...etc. But watch out with the priced, high and not very competitive. Same food and many items, same name, same quality can be found online, or elsewhere for lower prices. Shop around, you be surprise, however the customer service is great and friendly...Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 1776

One of the workers there, I think his name was Matt or something, did a phenomenal job! I was looking for a new brand of dog bone that my dog wouldn’t tear threw immediately and he not only helped me find what I came for, but also pointed out that I wasn’t feeding my pooch right! He steered me in the right direction of dog foods and now Odis is more energetic and all around happier. Really outstanding service and just a great store! Thanks again to Matt and Chowhound!
Wonderful selection! Nice to be able to bring my pup in to try on his new harness. My best buddy and I are Looking forward to utilizing the convenient dog wash station. Perfect for us while we’re camping for a couple weeks. What a great idea! You can really tell the Chow Hound owners/Staff LOVE Dogs!
