Dr. Sarah took a mass off my dogs face today. He apparently panicked when he woke up and they took such good care for him as I couldn't get there right away. They let him hang out with the staff and it calmed him down. He is such a people dog. Thanks to all of the staff and Dr. Sarah!
I have family that was a long time customer for their pride n joy named angel. They were misdiagnosed and overcharged. Stating that she had Addisons disease. They ended up taking
Angel to a different vet for a second opinion. She was rushed to surgery to have 11 teeth removed. Prelesnicks had never checked her teeth. I also took my two German Shepard there for a check. Was quoted one price on the phone. Left there with a bill over $300. Called around and received the same services at a fourth of the cost. They wouldn't even work with my dog to take blood. They automatically sedated him. I say this is bad business for the grand haven community. Our family and anyone I come in contact with not trust them with our fur babies. If they definitely have to rip people off to stay in business. Then they should be reported to the BBB. Please-caution yourself and keep your precious fur babies safe.
They all are very friendly and treat every animal as their own. Very loving and caring.
