It was exactly what he asked for, and done right on time. Grant is extremely helpful, kind, and a great communicator along with the other staff members. Always an amazing experience! I have both purchased and had repair work done here.y wedding ring (purchased elsewhere) broke and I lost a diamond in the process. Took it to Zales where it took two weeks to send it out just to have an estimate on the cost to fix it. The estimate was outrageous and another month to get it back. We had them return the ring and took it to JMorgan. In under ten minutes I had an estimate and they would have it back to me in two weeks that was a bit long they said but it was Christmas and they were busy! I will return here anytime to have work done and to purchase again.
