I have purchased MANY things from West Michigan Pawn. I've purchased used TVs, a Mac computer, Dyson vacuums (2 of them!), iPads and much more! I've also sold my iPhones to them! They are ALWAYS fair and professional. When I leave, I feel like I've gotten a deal and everything has worked great! Whenever I need something, I call them first to see if they have it before spending full retail. I'd recommend you do the same... but only after me! ;0)
