I have never seen ANYONE do this bad of a job anywhere in my life! The people do not respond to messages or answer phones. My case worker no longer takes appointments by phone and doesn't call back when contacted. I email and it's like the messages are going into a black hole. They have botched very straightforward information beyond belief! I have been paying for months and the people who are supposed to be receiving the money were told that I wasn't even paying even though I have a wallet full of receipts and I have no clue where the money is going and nobody even bothers to respond to messages! I swear, ineptitude must be a prerequisite for employment with Friend of the Court!

Please help. This court refused to recognize my sexual assault even when it resulted in the birth of a child. This court refused to believe that my ex admitting to child molestation and child pornography were forms of abuse. He was arrested and never convicted because admissions of guilt aren't evidence in Ottawa County. They accessed my SSA information to gain access to a 2nd part time employer when I was already paying child support. Yep. They even gave custody to a man that admitted to having addictions to child pornography and molestation. They gave me supervised visitation in a different town when I couldn't drive and I am disabled. They made me drive AWAY from Ottawa County which is where my son was born and visit him near his dad. This court only thinks about $$$$ they can get and not any person's rights to be free from abuses and will even step on your most basic human rights to that end. Just $$$$.

I have been charged for child support the past 6 years it feels. They have no evidence to prove I'm the father, and I'm not on the birth certificate. How can this be legal? The mother has been through continuous drug use and having guests use illegal drugs in front of the kids. I have been trying to get this fixed, but have been told I need to go up to the court. I live in Arkansas, making a little above minimum wage, while being a full time student. I'm in debt to my eyes and cried for help last year. They don't care. Only want money. 5. Referee Magley is cerebral and chilly, but also thorough and concerned with the best interests of the minor child, which I respect. I don't know if she is capable of making Courageous Bold Rulings. She adjourned my case for 6 weeks to gather more data. I like her. I just don't think she sees my value as a parent yet. I'm working on it...
