Courtney and Samantha were too busy openly discussing a negative review that a previous costumer left to focus on their jobs. The woman who I can only assume was their manager was pulling this up to show them and actively participating in the conversation. I filled out all of my paperwork correctly, but have now discovered that my new license contains my husband's date of birth rather than mine. It's my fault for signing it without checking, but a bit of training in appropriate conversation and paying attention to what they are doing would help.
