Great views and that's were it ends. Food was bad. Most of the crab seemed to be artificial. Fish was boney. Prime rib came out over cooked and cold. Service was just incredibly slow. We sat down and didn't even get menus until 45 minutes later, the same time we got waters as well. Drinks were poorly mixed. Over priced. Go anywhere else unless you're just there for the view.
New to town and I've been trying to find a place to unwind.... Let me tell you I will always come here hands down!!!! Nate the bartender is absolutely amazing!!! The food is great atmosphere and attitude to match. The bet night I've had since I've moved here. Nate your amazing keep it up!!
Great view - the best. Always mediocre food if that. Glad to see new owner & chef coming in from Noto's. Should become a 5* view with 5* meal/dining experience under new ownership.
I hear they are on the way out. Good thing. We ordered medium rare prime rib...it came as close to well as possible. Clearly the cook (I'll not call him a chef) knew what they sent out was not medium rare and clearly the wait staff knew also....however they both decided to serve it anyway. We sent it back immediately and were informed that that was all they had....nothing was medium rare. The veggie of the day was mush. steam table overcooked. The crab cakes were tasteless. The replacement steaks were good, however one was way under-cooked. We ordered creme brulee to go....what a joke. The plopped some into a to-go container and caramelized the top...it was just a pile of goo when we go home (5 minutes away). On top of it all they tried to charge us for the steaks and the prime rib. That was corrected quickly. We called to discuss the nasty creme brulee and the manager said 'I'll take to her'. Great view though...and...the wine was good! However I'd suggest you go somewhere else for dinner. Almost forgot...both bathrooms smelled very bad.
We sat on the deck and the view was absolutely amazing. We should have looked up reviews before coming here, because the food was some of the worst we've had in a long time. I couldn't even finish my meal. Our server seemed a little out of it too...he spent a lot of time hanging out and joking around with the other servers by the entrance to the deck, rather than being professional and working... it took about 25 minutes to get our bill. This place has a prime location and so much potential. It's sad the condition this establishment is in.
