Great staff. Hot, fresh food at a reasonable price. Can't beat that hot fudge cake!
Good food, good prices, great service. When we were there on 12 /16/2017 Mary was our waitress & she made us feel at home.
I love love love Russ' but most people outside my family say this is mediocre at best. But I say it's the best soup and salad bar around!!
Food was good, but my wife and I both got sick after eating there. The server was rather inattentive and didn't offer possible side options for my sandwich, which seems out of the ordinary - most servers will suggest fries or similar if the dish doesn't come with that. I also asked for no onion on my sandwich, but it had onion on it - when the server came by after I had scraped off the onion, she never even mentioned anything. It wasn't a huge deal, but just something that I noticed differed from my experience at most other restaurants.
Great quality food and friendly service. One of my favorite sit down restaurants.
