The key to Biggby is the excellent, friendly service. The coffee is not as carefully crafted as it is in a trendy coffee shop. The environment is franchisey. The calories can be a bit off the charts. But Biggby understands that we all treat ourselves and we live by habit. The drinks are good and they employees are all so nice, you can tell Biggby stresses good service, which leads to nice visits.
