So I realize the business of one customer is of little gravity. However, I will no longer go there at all, because they are not 3rd shift friendly.
Being a 3rd shifter, I love my local McDonald's! They are normally the only place open on my schedule.
Lae late afternoon drive-thru workers are horribly rude. There is quite a few times that we have had food missing and have had to call. Always being asked to pull forward so that they can meet their timer yet they forget to put your order that you've been waiting for together properly missing items.
Well.... Not any more. What use to be a busy drive thru 24/7, now closes at midnight.

Typically Quick Service, nice that they have trailer parking so I can park my boat or camper and run in with the kids. Depending on the time of day they're usually busy but are pretty good about getting orders correct and fast service.
Compared to Muskegon's, this one is far far better, they season the patties and if you enjoy low carb, they put the lettuce under everything when asking for no bun and it makes eating the burger infinately easier.
McDonald's is a restaurant that's simple, fast, and of course cheap and this particular one is no different. The pros would be: usually fast service, 90% of the time they get your order correct, service is generally friendly. The cons at this location in Grand Haven would be: they never, ever, ever, EVER, have there ice cream machine on and working during the evening hours. So no shakes, sundaes, or flurries for anyone, including The Queen Of England, even if it's 105° on a Saturday night at 8:00pm. Another problem for some would be they only except cash sometimes, again in the evening. The last strike against them would be that on several occasions a lot of the menu items were unavailable, nobody explains why they just inform you as you are ordering what little they ARE able to sell you. Perhaps these are just common issues when going after sunset, who knows???
