Our experience at Bekins was topnotch--all around. The salesperson, Kris, answered every single question we asked without hesitation: he really knows the appliances he sells. The installers of our new induction range and microwave/hood, Erik and Derek, were professional, precise, incredibly careful, and neat. We will be using Bekins in Grand Haven again for our appliance needs, especially since all the floor models are all connected, powered up and work. That makes selection so much easier.

He really took the time to go above and beyond to figure out why our starter didn't work, even doubting his own initial diagnosis and taking the stovetop apart a second time. He saved us precious time and money because it turned out to be a simple fix that he was able to do during the initial service call.
