Great customer service!
What a TERRIBLE manager on duty this morning! I had a cart with about $75 worth of items for my business. I was headed to an out of town meeting and needed just 2 sheets of colored paper. The manager refused to allow the Copy Center to sell me the 2 sheets of paper, even if I had paid for them at the price of full color copies! So, although I have shopped at Staples for over 20 years, am a Rewards Member and was buying about 12 items in my cart, I couldn't buy 2 sheets of paper with a total value less than 5 cents. I will NEVER shop there again. What a bad business decision on that manager's part. She needs to be schooled in improved business management and customer service. They've lost a life long customer over 5 cents.....
On the smaller size for a Staples store. The staff is friendly but the prices recently have not been competitive for simply things like copy paper and the like. Walmart in town has better prices for that stuff in general.

Very helpful couple of staff members, not sure of their names but they made my experience much more pleasant.
