The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Made our stay fun .. made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean. Loved the fact we slider doors to the back court yard with small sitting areas and just steps from the main patio that was just outside the swimming pool. I met with girls from high school. We will stay there again.
The Best Western Beacon Inn enhances the already wonderful Grand Haven area by providing a full service lodging experience at a reasonable price. Staff is always knowledgeable and understanding. They did a great job renovating the lobby. Breakfast, Exercise room and computer availability are top notch. Easy to complete side tasks so one can enjoy the outside activities, which are many at all seasons.
Newly renovated rooms and lobby area. This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. Each time it gets a little bit better. The newly renovated rooms are fresh and bright, happy to see some of the out dated decor gone. The breakfast selection is probably one of the better ones I have seen as of recent. Can't wait to go back again!
Great hotel! We stayed in the one story building with the courtyard view. Rooms were updated and very clean. With the courtyard view rooms, you’re able to pull right up to your door so it is super convenient. Room included a fridge and microwave and the beds were super comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would 100% recommend staying here again.
From other comments be aware of the exterior building have outside doors that are not connected to the main building.
Excellent option in Grand Haven. The interior rooms are very nice. Recently updated. The bed was comfortably firm. Price was right for a weekend wedding stay.
